List of Responsibilities:

 
  • Operational logistics
  • Communications with vendors 
  • Review Service & Space addendums  
  • Confirm services with vendors
  • Hotel status updates 30/60/90 days
  • Create & maintain rooming lists
  • Create & maintain flight grids & transfer lists
  • Liaise with Buyer for Region/Brand
  • Pre-Trip Concierge email assistance
  • Change form processing
  • VIP Sheet/Group Requests
  • Respond to CSRs
  • Support of Buyer & PPD Team
  • Pre-trip letters
  • Escalation protocol:  emergencies, deviation handling
  • Tour Bank preparation
  • Prepare complete Tour Paks

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communications as well as interpersonal skills which allow for working with multiple levels of management across the organization
  • Self-motivator and strong will to get the job done correctly
  • MS Excel skills at the intermediate or advanced level
