Description 

  • Coordinate the development of scalable and highly available network-delivered applications and frameworks 

  • Perform agile project management and scrum practices 

  • Assist internal and client teams with adoption of project management methodologies 

  • Manage cost-control and scope-control 

  • Aid operations teams through timely reporting and participation in resource planning 

  • Aid with identification and scheduling of resources 

  • Effectively plan delivery milestones and resource estimations 

Educational Requirements 

Technical expertise and project management expertise must be documented in the form of academic degrees, or relevant certificates, or other documented credentials 

  • Agile Project Management certification(s) a plus (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, etc.) 

  • SaaS Training Certificates from a reputable organization. 

Special Skills 

We provide a list of technologies as a reference, but we are ultimately looking for traits and skills that are complementary to our team and the markets we serve. Candidates should be able to communicate thoughtfully about the following (or related) technologies and have solid technical fundamentals that enable them to adopt new capabilities with ease. 

  • Configuration and management of Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) 

  • Software development lifecycle management 

  • Familiarity with common challenges of software developers, designers, and IT staff 

  • Appreciation of design-driven software development 

  • Product collaboration with key stakeholders 

  • Great communication skills, both written and oral 

  • Organized, and detail oriented. 

  • Deadline Driven and results focused
