ExoAnalytic Solutions, a technology and innovation leader providing world-class products and services to the US federal government and commercial customers globally, is looking for a talented full time Senior Systems Engineer with algorithm and tool development experience to support our space and missile defense business in Huntsville, Alabama.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing advanced discrimination techniques, analysis, assessments, and evaluations for countermeasure mitigation and discrimination requirements.

The Senior Systems Engineer will:
  • ​​Perform systems engineering analysis for RF and EO/IR sensors and C2BMC.
  • Perform architecture trades, what-if analysis, and design trades.
  • Design, develop, and test discrimination algorithms.
  • Develop modeling, simulation, and analysis tools.
  • Write coherent plans in the form of briefings, white papers, and proposals.
  • Provide technical direction in a team environment.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in addressing countermeasures, multi-phenomenology sensing, advanced C2 and weapon systems.
  • Demonstrated capability developing algorithms and/or models & simulations.
  • Demonstrated capability applying advanced research techniques in the investigation, analysis and solution of challenging physics and engineering problems.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math
  • Detailed knowledge of missile defense sensor and weapon systems
  • Experience with Electronic Protection techniques
  • Missile defense, air and missile defense, space systems, or communication systems experience

​​​​Salary: $100,000 - $130,000+ annually.

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and years of experience.
