Job Duties:
  • Provide customer service, both via email and by phone; screen and direct phone calls within the payroll channels; take and relay messages; answer questions from Clinicians regarding issues, rules, and regulations relating to payroll matters
  • Work collaboratively with Scheduling and Finance teams to manage data flow
  • Perform administrative tasks requested by supervisor
  • Make corrections to data sets generated by a project management software, and record updates
  • Review weekly submissions and ensure accuracy prior to final report generation
  • Utilize payroll and customer relationship management software
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience, prior customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Google suite (docs, sheets, gmail, and calendar)
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates confidence in working with numbers and data
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
