Our new team member is responsible for operation, setup, and troubleshooting for all electronic assemblies and wire/cable harnesses utilizing applicable testing equipment to verify electronic assemblies are built and working properly per provided documentation. The right candidate can solder wire/cable assemblies and terminate PCB assemblies and turrets/terminals.
 
  • 3+ Years experience in wire harness / cable assembly / Electronic Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical instructions, Bills of Material and Quality standards
  • Experience utilizing small hand tools and soldering equipment
  • 20/20 vision (corrected acceptable) Ability to see small features, distinguish colors
  • Knowledge of Electronic Components, Mechanical Components, and PCBs
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Thru Hole/SMD soldering skills
  • Familiarity with ISO and AS quality standards
  • Machine shop skills (Hand Tools, Mill, Lathe, etc.)
