FleetNurse is the premier mobile application and platform for on-demand healthcare staffing. Through the FleetNurse platform, nurses will gain access to available per diem shifts at local facilities within their area. Shift notifications are sent within the FleetNurse app and nurses may choose to accept or deny shifts. Most shifts are per diem, allowing FleetNurse providers to keep full-time or part-time jobs.

Scheduling Coordinator
Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 5am-1pm
On-call schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties:
  • Answer scheduling queries from clients via email and phone
  • Post shifts to the FleetNurse portal when needed.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals about available shifts and send out
    confirmations/reminders as needed.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts for staff and clients.
  • Help the Customer Success Manager coordinate short-term contracts.
  • Attendance tracking for Independent Contractors.
  • Coordinate tracking and reporting shift durations and pay/bill rates.
  • Work during on-call hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Data entry
  • Send daily work logs
  • Perform other tasks upon request.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • An associate or Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
  • Demonstrated ability to work and excel in fast-paced environments
  • Well-organized, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving skills and project management skills
  • Experience in the medical field and/or healthcare HR preferred
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
