Main Purpose:
The Manager of Operations is responsible for overall oversight of workflow across operational departments and ensures patient care is provided to the highest standard.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manages overall workflow between departments to ensure the team is working together to ensure the highest level of patient experience, accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
  2. Ensures standards, goals, objectives, and results are achieved by training, delegating, coaching, monitoring documentation, maintaining accurate records, and tracking results.
  3. Provide leadership for management on planning, development, organization, and implementation of services.
  4. Assist other members of the leadership team with input regarding overall workflow, patient care, patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
  5. Participates in preparing for accreditation surveys and assists department managers with mentorship and advice regarding compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  6. Provides support to ensure operational and clinical procedures are followed to comply with accreditation standards.
  7. Participates in surveys conducted by accreditation organizations and regulatory agencies.
  8. Represent Emerging Health in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with patients.
  9. Participate in committees when requested.
  10. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities. 
  11. Ensures highest level of patient experience and responds to patient complaints or suggestions.
  12. Develops leadership, provides orientation and feedback to direct reports.
  13. Provides input into clinical program development and ongoing monitoring.
  14. Participates in the interviewing, hiring and onboarding process for new staff.
  15. Provides leadership aligned with the Emerging Health mission and manifesto.

Position Proficiency Requirements:
  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or pharmacy. 
  2. Current and active pharmacy or nursing license
  3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Home Infusion industry
  4. Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising employees
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment.  Travel between Emerging Health offices may be required.

Pay Range
$147,000.00   Annually to $188,000.00   Annually
