Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Project lead for the development of LEDs based on Phosphide/ Arsenide material systems
• Interface and stakeholder management
• Supervision of roll-out projects with regard to further development of the Phosphide/ Arsenide platform
• Work out the details and test new chip concepts and designs together with the project team
• Sustainable and systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and processes

Qualifications

• University degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or a related field
• Professional experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in the development of LEDs based on Phosphide/ Arsenide material system
• Professional experience in leading complex development projects
• Organizational talent, assertiveness as well as the ability of leading teams
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Working self-dependent with high motivation
• Working in an intercultural environment
• Full professional English proficiency (German would be a plus)
