The Team Lead, Technical Services is responsible for organizational readiness of processes and resources required to efficiently deliver technical tasks required during Solumina projects. The Team Lead, Technical Services will carry out billable work but at a reduced utilization target. 

Essential Functions:  

• Collaborate with the Manager of BSCs, or both in identifying and prioritizing initiatives that measurably improve quality or speed, or both in completion of Technical Services project tasks as well as initiatives that force multiply current resources. 

• Spearhead the development of initiatives by collaborating with Technical Services subject matter experts, practice lead peers and Professional Services leadership team and other functional colleagues as well as iBASEt partners.  

• Institutionalize, monitor performance and conformance to practice standards adopted by the Professional Services Organization. This includes substantial participation in onboarding and grooming of iBASEt Technical Services team members and iBASEt partners. 

Requirements: 

• Can articulate principles of Agile project management. 

• Demonstrated skills as a subject matter expert in capabilities of Solumina as a platform. 

• Proven Software implementation and upgrade project experience. Five (5) years minimum of Solumina [or similar type software] project experience in technical customer facing roles and working with teams. 

• Strong knowledge of J2EE, JScript, JMS, XSTL, React, OAGIS. App server e.g. Apache Tomcat, RDBMS Concepts and SQL (Oracle and MS). Git, Jenkins, Swagger, Eclipse, Maven. 

• Cloud Service provider familiarity. 

• Knowledge of JIRA and Wiki.  

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.  

Required Education/Experience: 

• 5 years’ experience in working with Customers, Business Solution Consultants, and Developers in creating and managing technical requirements through a CI/CD pipeline. 

• 3 years’ experience in developing and deploying configurations in Solumina G and I series instances. 
  
  Salary Midpoint: $120,000.00
