We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced ICC Commercial Building Inspector in our Salt Lake City office.
Essential Functions
  • On site observations/inspections to confirm compliance with local building codes and project contract documents
  • Compiling detailed records of observations and inspections
  • Reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness
Work is generally performed unsupervised (i.e., employee is in the field as the Company’s representative) but under the direction of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager
Qualifications
  • Be able to read and understand structural blueprints and current code requirements
  • Have good math and written communication skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Be able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
