This is a Clinical Sales Associate position with an exciting MedTech startup company focusing on advanced surgical visualization.
The Sales Specialist will achieve or exceed sales revenue targets through new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, relationship building, and strategic planning. This position will be calling on multiple call points and specializations and majority of time will be spent in the Operating Room. Work cohesively with peers when supporting case coverage and requests within inventory. Provide consultative presence in the Operating Room environment aligning with product indications Identify and note areas of improvement for sales, product development, and marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the Regional Sales Director to develop a strategy to drive utilization of AcitvSight.
Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
Support regional Sales and Marketing development events that create awareness and adoption.
Train and develop OR staff to be facile in pre, intra and postoperative system management.
Develop a plan for each surgical team to insure they are capable of using the system independently within a reasonable time frame.
Drive utilization of ActivSight by working with surgical teams to select appropriate procedure applications.
Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel.
Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of two years prior sales experience.
Proven record of achievement and leadership.
Ability to travel up to 50%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
