Description
As a Organizational Change Manager with our Justice Group, you will work full-time in Reno, NV with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for the State of Nevada, assisting with the management of the DMV Transformation Effort (DTE) implementation. The role requires a professional committed to success by embracing and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.

EXPECTATIONS
  • Engage in change management and business analysis for multiple projects surrounding the largest technology project in the State of Nevada and the DTE program.  Assure quality of project deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate change management for some of the 30+ projects within the program replacing major technology solutions used within the State of Nevada for motor vehicle and credentialing activities
  • Lead diverse project teams, manage, and coordinate work activity.  Lead regularly scheduled change management huddles and meetings, including kick-off and close-out.  Provide leadership and energy necessary to motivate staff and achieve goals
  • Oversee and coordinate the communication, resources, and training of work activity and deliverables
  • Ensure program communications are support to program and projects, provide clear information, and keep stakeholders abreast of program developments
  • Orchestrate the integration of various solutions to include titling and registration, credentialing, customer experience, financials, commercial enforcement, and other support applications
  • Facilitate meetings and lead focus groups in support analysis, design, and testing efforts
  • Support business processes and analysis efforts as required to further program objectives
  • Act as liaison for DMV with contracted solution providers focused on individual DTE elements
  • Provide regular change management updates to DMV officials, identify areas needing attention to keep tasks on schedule and under budget

BASIC REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years’ work experience with change management, business analysis, and technology transformation
  • 5 years’ facilitation experience with proven problem-solving capabilities and experience that includes budgetary responsibilities
  • Ability to assess client situations.  Identify needs, present concepts, develop specifications and recommendations, deliver solutions, and promote teamwork
  • Extensive expertise in the use of change management methodologies such as ADKAR
  • Client acceptance of the final candidate is required before an offer will be made
  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive to the client site
