Role: Service Coordinator
We are seeking a service coordinator to provide outstanding support to our existing customer base. In this role, you will be the primary contact for service requests and work with Field Service Leadership to facilitate the assignment of RF Technologies’ service personnel, and/or 3rd-party Service Providers to deliver the required field services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understanding that each contact point with a customer enables us to further develop the relationship and reinforce their decision to partner with RFT. 
  • Demonstrate creativity in solving the daily challenge of finding a solution for each customer in need a technical help.
  • Partnership with Field Teams and Field Management to ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely.
  • Help with VOC, provide shared references with internal and external teams on communicated customer relationship experiences.
Basic Requirements and Skills:
  • Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent RF Technology Inc. to customers and other outside contacts.  
  • Have a successful track record of meeting, and preferably exceeding, customer expectations.
  • PC skills with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Associate Degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of a related work history.   
  • Good planning, time management, resource allocation and coordination skills.
  • Proficient mathematics and organizational skills.
