Role:  Project Manager 

We are seeking an energetic Project Manager to use his/her organizational and communication skills to provide our customers with the best possible experience post-sale through go-live. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the project owner from the project start through go-live, until site acceptance achieved.  

• Identify internal and external resources needed (people, technology, facilities) and assign individual responsibilities for project delivery.  

• Create and execute project work plans, including resource scheduling, project leveling, and schedule crashing, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  

• Function as the overall coordinator of day-to-day resource assignments.  

• Ensure all project tasks and assignments are completed.  

• Must be active with communications, keeping all customers and stakeholders informed on projects – including weekly status updates, executive updates, etc.  

• Manage project hours and expenses; ensure within approved budget guidelines.  

• Provide management with periodic reports on resource levels, client status, etc.  

• Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.    

• Develop and refine implementation methodologies in terms of building tools and templates.  

• Interface with Sales, CAD, Training, and System Configuration Teams to consistently seek opportunities to improve the customer experience through the project process.  

• Identify strategic partnerships that allow for cost-effective and efficient projects.   

• Be fully accountable for project results.  

• Minimize company exposure and risks.  

• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.  

• Foster a success-oriented, standardized, accountable, and ethical environment within the company.  

• Ability to travel, allow for site walks, and verification of project status/completion.   

Basic Requirements and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.  

• Must possess knowledge and experience in directing and managing large scale projects.  

• Minimum of 3 years progressive management experience in project management, with a solid understanding of customer management.  

• Proven track record in building, leading, and mentoring successful project teams.  

• Oversight of subcontractors and business partners for projects.  

• Ability to work collaboratively with others, and excellent team skills.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.  

• Experience with the simultaneous management of multiple projects.  

• Detail oriented.
