Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and working alongside our VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across our organic and paid media channels. In addition, you will lead and manage our talented Paid Media & Organic team, driving optimal campaign performance and maximizing ROI. What we want you to do:
  • Creates strategies with the VP of Marketing to support the department in creating revenue on Organic and Paid media channels

  • Manages and leads Paid Media & Organic team and supports in the development of the team (with the support of senior leadership and HR team)

  • Manages growth opportunities with paid and organic channels

  • Holds Paid & Organic teams accountable for executing SOPS and taking necessary actions to hit required KPIs.

  • Keep Company advised of status and progress by preparing and submitting weekly written reports

  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and operate within parameters defined for Paid & Organic teams

  • Support the Project Manager to ensure that the strategy and all action items are executed.

  • Review campaign performances daily & support the team on a daily basis

  • Get on calls with Facebook or Google reps for their specific clients under management

  • Review all Training material available to ensure Campaign Managers are up to date on best practices (work with VP Marketing to coordinate team training on Mondays calls)

  • Manage paid ad accounts when needed

  • Provide funnel improvements/changes (CRO) and supports the follow-through of recommendations (with the support of the Project Management team)

  • Attend team meetings and training

  • Maintain contact with the Company via phone/email/calendar/Slack/Zoom or other agreed-upon means of communication with reasonable frequency to discuss company, team, and/or role activity



The Paid media teams are often authorized to act on behalf of the Company (marketing materials, customer or lead interactions, discussions, emails, etc.), and such posts, advertisements, and communication are intended to be for the intent of supporting the marketing, sales and fulfillment process of the Company, and supporting its clients (or potential clients) to grow their business in a positive, compliant and profitable manner.




What we are looking for and what you have to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing and optimizing large-scale digital ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and tracking.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI through digital marketing efforts.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to adapt to changing market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to empower adult learners to achieve their dreams through innovative e-learning initiatives.
