The gig in short:
The Sales Operations (Sales Ops) Lead will be responsible for spearheading ENTRE’s sales operations efforts including and expanding beyond tech stack optimization, funnel/process optimization, KPI analysis, management and optimization of rep onboarding, and change management. 

The Sales Ops Lead will audit, create, systematize, optimize, and roll out the tools and resources needed to serve the 3+ unique sales roles that ENTRE has within its Sales Org. Entre has been constantly evolving as we inch closer, every day, into our final, most optimal, form. 

The Sales Ops Lead will play a vital role in the complete optimization of ENTRE’s Sales Org.

What we want you to do:
  • Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in our sales processes.
  • Implement/change sales processes for optimal efficiency and employ change management practices to ensure adoption.
  • Analyze various sales data to recommend courses of action to the Director of Sales, and VP of Sales.
  • Support sales strategies, sales data management, sales analytics, pipeline performance management, and sales funnel management.
  • Optimize/Analyze customer journey from front-end purchase to back-end purchase
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Administration to create/optimize/organize resources for training/education of the Sales Reps/Managers.
  • Create/Field tech requests from the sales department and represent the sales org at tech sprint planning meetings.
  • Manage all pertinent sales operation assets (CRM data, process/funnel data, revenue intelligence software, compliance initiatives, etc.) required to support Sales Rep/Manager performance while protecting ENTRE’s interests and empowering individual contributors to do what they do best.
  • Under the direction of the RevOps Manager, and utilizing assets developed by the Sales team, develop new sales efficiencies as necessary.
  • Monitor conversion rates and performance trends across all channels to help ensure sales KPI are met/exceeded. If KPIs are not met, present findings coupled with recommendations to improve areas that lack results. 
  • Monitor Sales tech stack to identify and mitigate technical bugs or outages.
  • Introduce new ideas, strategies, and tests to all sales operation channels via competitive research and previous experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of software change/update/bug/implementation and initiatives, including but not limited to project managers, product managers, developers, and technology leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales operations

 


What we are looking for and what you have to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
  • Strong business acumen (sales/marketing/operations/fulfillment)
  • Experience uprooting and installing new software for 30+ person teams
  • Experience with dialer systems, outbound/inbound calling infrastructure
  • Experience thinking/designing with permutations and conditional statements
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with both simple and technical minds
  • Experience with sales operation automation software, CRMs, and other sales technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on improving processes with conditional statements in either a custom or box CRM platform
