Job Summary
Extract Production Services is seeking experienced personnel for our Teardown Technician position. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling and some mechanical experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Unload and inventory used equipment as it arrives.
- Dismantles ESP pumps, seal sections, gas separators, and motors.
- Prepares incoming noninventory reclaim components, shafts, and housings for inspection.
- Detailing of the parts as required such as blasting, cleaning, polishing, and pre-inspection to make sure parts are ready for final inspection.
- Trains in final inspection.
- Operates a forklift.
- Documents dismantled equipment and reclaimed parts.
- Keeps the shop clean and organized.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- 0-2 years’ experience in the industry preferred, but not required.
- Good listening skills and a passion to learn.
- High work ethic, dependability, and focus on details.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
