Purpose: 
The Supply Chain and Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day support operations for cCare. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clinical operations are able to run smoothly and efficiently. Including, but not limited to, you will manage purchasing, receiving, inventory, and internal distribution of medical supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings, grounds, and equipment operate in a safe and reliable manner.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions (other duties as assigned):
Supply Chain
  • Manage and control the flow of supplies, equipment, and services within the established purchasing policies, procedures, and budgets.
  • Issue and place purchase orders with approved vendors. 
  • Collaborate with clinic departments on supply ordering, bulk purchasing, and backorder resolution.
  • Ensure inventory locations are maintained and appropriately stocked.
  • Review inventory usage reports, on an established cadence, and adjust reorder points to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient flow of supplies. 
  • Supervise and coordinate product conversions to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Management on medical equipment repairs/replacement that need to be included in the budget.
Facilities Department.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Facilities and Maintenance Department.
  • Assess, prioritize, and assign Facility’s work order requests to employees. Collaborate directly with department leadership on timelines for completion.
  • Create Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedules for building systems and equipment.
  • Train and assign staff to complete PM’s on time and within manufacturer recommended specifications if applicable.
  • Manage outsourced vendors as needed. Negotiate pricing per job. Inspect work and ensure completion.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate vendor access to the facility and assign after-hours employee coverage if necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness and employee readiness.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Management on equipment repairs/replacement that need to be included in the budget.
  • Effectively performs other duties as assigned by management /leadership.
Experience, Qualifications/Education
 
  • Minimum two years experience as a Supply Chain Manager
  • Must have thorough of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Standby Generation Systems, Sanitary Systems, elevator operations, fire and burglar alarm operations, automated building management systems, and general construction principles.
  • BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Facilities Management, or similar relevant field
  • OSHA and NFPA standards
  • HIPAA
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Accustomed to fast-paced environments where priorities change quickly.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Good time-management skills

Working Conditions:
 
  • Schedule is primarily weekdays 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, but will require 24-hour availability 7 days a week as operational demands require.
  • This position will work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • It is a medical / business environment. Employee may be subject to blood borne pathogens, radiation, bio waste and other medically-related factors, with exposure to moderate noise levels.
  • Visual acuity to read and compute screen and paper documents; close and distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception, ability to adjust focus; hearing acuity to converse with staff and customers; ability to walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and lift and move 50 pounds on a regular basis; ability to sit or stand for hours at a time. Employee will be exposed to moderate noise levels, interruptions, and occasionally asked to work evening and weekends as needed.
