About this role . . .
The Director of Development is an essential part of Biblica’s radical generosity. Taking the heart of Biblica and engaging with investors, the Director of Development implements a development and fundraising strategy to help provide for Biblica’s short- and long-term needs. This role gets to share what God is doing through Biblica and connect donors to opportunities to partner with and support that work.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a similar field.
  • Experience in fundraising for a nonprofit (5+ years of experience preferred)
  • A heart for the transformative power of God’s word.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Working within flexible hours, including meetings outside traditional business hours.
  • Traveling to various locations locally, regionally, and globally (up to 40% overnight travel)

Pay and Benefits . . .
  • Salary range: 80,000-95,000 USD (Determined by qualifications/experience/location)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Biblica is a remote first organization
