About this role . . .
The Director of Development is an essential part of Biblica’s radical generosity. Taking the heart of Biblica and engaging with investors, the Director of Development implements a development and fundraising strategy to help provide for Biblica’s short- and long-term needs. This role gets to share what God is doing through Biblica and connect donors to opportunities to partner with and support that work.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a similar field.
- Experience in fundraising for a nonprofit (5+ years of experience preferred)
- A heart for the transformative power of God’s word.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Working within flexible hours, including meetings outside traditional business hours.
- Traveling to various locations locally, regionally, and globally (up to 40% overnight travel)
- In one God, eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- In the absolute deity and full humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, God the Son, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary and atoning death for all through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory to judge the living and the dead.
- In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is empowered to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
- In the divine inspiration of all 66 books of the Old and New Testaments as originally given, guaranteeing their infallibility, entire trustworthiness, and supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Pay and Benefits . . .- Salary range: 80,000-95,000 USD (Determined by qualifications/experience/location)
- 40 hours per week
