Purpose: 
The purpose of this role is to plan and create marking communications programs that effectively describe and promote cCARE and its services / products and other offerings. effectively describe and promote cCARE and its services / products and other offerings.  As a Marketing Coordinator your core responsibility is to work with management to create and maintain the "voice of the organization" to the outside world, advancing and driving the organizations brands, presenting it in the best possible light, and generating referral / sales leads to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions (other duties as assigned):
• Creating and Implementing marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals.
• Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives with local referring medical facilities.
• Liaise with and manage all external referring medical offices agencies, and develop marketing plan to attract new referring medical offices including physically visiting new local offices to gain potential referrals.  
• Visits various medical offices that currently provide referrals to cCARE to and continues to build on existing relationship. Driving to and visiting offices will be majority of this position.
• Liaising between the marketing department and upper leadership, providing feedback about to leadership about trends/obstacles.
• Creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR for cCARE.
• Manage major projects such as PR events, launches, Marketing campaigns, and annual conferences.
• Liaise with all department Managers / Leadership in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas of the organization and addressing organization opportunities or barriers to refer.
• Maintain high level of knowledge of cCARE’s clinical services.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
• Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
• Research and evaluate new opportunities for the organization, and patient needs and insights.
• Provide weekly, monthly and yearly analysis and reports of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts. Providing high level overview to stakeholders.
• Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
• Other duties as assigned relevant to executing organizational goals.


Experience, Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from an accredited educational institution and a record of accomplishment would be an asset to this position.
  • 1-3 years of Marketing experience preferably in healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of computer/telephone support, preferably in a health care environment.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Strong customer service background, preferably in health care environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Competence with computer processing functions and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to calmly and professionally resolve customer issues with diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:
  • This position functions primarily indoors in a medical / business environment. Employee may be subject to blood borne pathogens, radiation, bio waste and other medically-related factors, with exposure to moderate noise levels.
  • Visual acuity to read and compute screen and paper documents; close and distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception, ability to adjust focus; hearing acuity to converse with staff and customers; ability to walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and lift and move 25 pounds on a regular basis; ability to sit for hours at a time. Employee will be exposed to moderate noise levels, interruptions, and occasionally asked to work evening and weekends as needed.
