SOP Writer for Print IQ Software
Job Overview: Super Color Digital is a leading grand format printing company based in Irvine, California. We are seeking a highly motivated SOP Writer to develop, implement, and maintain our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Print IQ software. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that accurately reflects our production process, as well as conducting training sessions with our production team to ensure they understand and can execute the procedures effectively.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the production team to understand the current production process • Develop detailed, clear, and accurate SOPs for Print IQ software • Ensure that all SOPs are up-to-date, reflecting any changes to the production process • Review and revise existing SOPs to improve their effectiveness • Conduct training sessions with the production team to ensure understanding and compliance with the SOPs • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding SOP development and implementation • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and streamline processes
Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SOP writing and development • Experience in Print IQ software and grand format printing is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software applications • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, printing, or a related field is preferred
