Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will target, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned growth accounts and help identify new opportunities as they arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes plans to convert prospects into new customers.
  • Opens doors and arranges prospective client meetings.
  • Conducts a thorough discovery of client operations and identify key performance drivers for the client’s business.
  • Promotes the company’s products/services and demonstrate value to the client’s business results.
  • Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Required Skills and Abilities:        
  • Relentless networker with proven ability to open doors and create opportunities.
  • Ability to convert opportunities to sales.
  • Understanding of upstream producer economics and key business drivers.
  • Persistent and resilient in follow-up and navigating the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Desire for constant improvement.
Education and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of previous sales experience.
