Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will target, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned growth accounts and help identify new opportunities as they arise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Develops and executes plans to convert prospects into new customers.
- Opens doors and arranges prospective client meetings.
- Conducts a thorough discovery of client operations and identify key performance drivers for the client’s business.
- Promotes the company’s products/services and demonstrate value to the client’s business results.
- Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Required Skills and Abilities:- Relentless networker with proven ability to open doors and create opportunities.
- Ability to convert opportunities to sales.
- Understanding of upstream producer economics and key business drivers.
- Persistent and resilient in follow-up and navigating the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Desire for constant improvement.
- 3-5 years of previous sales experience.
