SUMMARY / OBJECTIVES:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing the following: employee communication and events coordination, child labor compliance assistance, staffing agency management assistance, expat assistance, vending services coordination, employee uniform program and other assistance as required.

Essential Functions:
  • Develops and manages annual communications plan, reports past, present, and future news and information and is responsible for employee communication. Updates electronic and other communication to employees as required.
  • Communication and supervision of company vending service to ensure that areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assists expat employees especially when a new employee arrives or leaves company.
  • Coordinates various company sponsored events and programs such as the annual Family Day, Company anniversary event, Star Team Member, and other employee recognition events.
  • Assists with Badge Management to include Agency employee’s badging and verification process.
  • Coordinates annual and new hire uniform orders. Managers uniform policy.
  • Supports of Agency employee’s management (PG) related to invoice payments and reporting as required.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2- 4 years of Human Resources experience as a Generalist
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Staffing agency management and communication is a plus
  • Ability to organize data for reporting and presentations
  • Solid excel, power points skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Must be goal oriented, customer focused, and results driven
  • Must be able to establish and maintain a departmental budget
  • Excellent time management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in writing/editing newsletters and other Company communications
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking skills & ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Prior supervisory experience.
