New + Found, Lawrence Group, & Integrate Construction, a design, construction & development consortium, is seeking a strong marketing professional that provides support to the three-business unit enterprise. The Enterprise Marketing Assistant works as part of a larger Marketing & Communications Team to offer administrative support and help complete essential tasks for all 3 organizations. This position performs general clerical tasks for the office like answering phones, organizing files, printing & proofing reports, newsletters, etc. In addition to administrative assistance, the Enterprise Marketing Assistant shares ideas with Marketing Managers and create presentations to help them pitch new marketing initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the marketing department's initiatives with administrative support with room to grow.
  • Quickly gains a thorough understanding of the planning and execution processes.
  • Maintains working knowledge of pertinent software and peripherals needed to complete work.
  • Assists with managing deliverables, client preferences, and deadlines while helping to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and campaigns, involving cross-functional teams.
  • Ensures project requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and executed by all departments.
  • Prepares customer profiles/personas, case studies, digital brochures, sell sheets, newsletters, white papers, and analytics reports.
  • Provide pro-active support to our written responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Supports the company's overall mission and follow all standards, policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related area & 1 year of directly related work experience; & / or equivalent experience / training.
  • The ability to design, edit and produce in Adobe InDesign is required.
  • 1 year of experience in marketing/sales, Marketing or Communications agency experience a plus.
  • AEC-specific Marketing or Communications experience, and knowledge of digital marketing software such as Asana, TrebleHook CRM, and Open Asset is also a plus.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, plus outstanding copywriting, and proofreading skills.
  • Be willing and excited to work in a team environment and have a get it done attitude.
  • Be a proactive motivator; willing to learn the proper use of workflow/project management tools.
  • Be detail-oriented and exhibit communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Be able to handle pressure, deadlines, and client challenges, as flexibility, multitasking and temperament are critical to success.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and overall Adobe Suite.
