Description
New + Found, Lawrence Group, & Integrate Construction, a design, construction & development consortium, is seeking a strong marketing professional that provides support to the three-business unit enterprise. The Enterprise Marketing Coordinator is part of a larger Marketing & Communications Team and will help strategize and implement marketing efforts for all 3 organizations. This position assists the Marketing Managers, Marketing Director, and other team members in supervising key campaigns, conducting secondary market research and reviewing customer data to help compile a position and/or its supporting strategies.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as social media, content marketing, email, and special events.
  • Assisting with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Independently coordinating all required marketing collateral for all organizations and offices in the Enterprise.
  • Coordinating content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Creating, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Coordinates meetings and communicates with marketing partners, cross-platform team members, and other key stakeholders to discuss initiatives.
  • Conducts search engine optimization (SEO) research.
  • Reconciles marketing budgets with expenses for Marketing & Communications campaigns.
  • Attends conferences and trade events to meet with vendors, clients and potential customers and deepen industry connections.
  • Provide pro-active support to our written responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related area & 2+ years of directly related work experience; & / or equivalent experience / training.
  • The ability to design, edit and produce in Adobe InDesign is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, Marketing or Communications agency experience a plus.
  • AEC-specific Marketing or Communications experience is also a plus.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, plus outstanding copywriting, & proofreading skills.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, & email marketing.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
  • Must have a high level of creativity, experience in graphic design a significant plus.
