The Challenge:
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Account teams for the delivery of client's search marketing programs. You will understand clients' needs, and work within a team to implement search marketing programs that meet those needs. You will contribute to deliver presentations and recommendations directly to the client.
What you'll do:- Ensure delivery of campaigns on time, to brief and budget
- Daily checks for performance against client targets
- Weekly reporting to clients
- Assist with monthly and quarterly implementation planning
- Have a good understanding of financial status of all accounts
- Timely completion of weekly time sheets
- Develop knowledge and help account leads to contribute to client's digital marketing strategy and thinking
- Start to develop client relationships through proactive account management
- Monitor external environment and highlight key issues to provide client with industry knowledge
- Regular contact with the client regarding campaigns
- Support AM to identify opportunities for increasing existing client spend
- Contribute to helping to win new accounts
- Contribute to induction and training of new team members
- Other Representation at industry events and tradeshows
- Develop working relationships with key operational contacts at all major vendors of PPC media and technology suppliers
- Support new team members on a day to day basis to deliver against client goals
- Contribute to regular reviews and feedback where appropriate
- Participate in the recruitment process where required
- Share knowledge and best practice across the team
- Control client spend vs. monthly budget/performance goals
- Follow daily performance checks for all clients
- Build knowledge of 3rd party/professional relationships
- Set and manage expectations appropriately
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 - 9 years of experience
