Position: General Psychiatrist

Job Summary:
As a General Psychiatrist at Frontier Psychiatry, you will play a pivotal role in providing outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. Reporting to the Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to work either remotely or on-site, collaborating closely with a dedicated Medical Assistant to ensure seamless client care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatry patients utilizing evidence-based care practices.
• Deliver compassionate and high-quality mental health care to clients, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Prescribe medications and/or psychotherapeutic treatments for a range of mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals, family members, and primary care providers to devise comprehensive treatment strategies and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records to accurately document all professional services provided.
• Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to obtain a Montana medical license and DEA license.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
