ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the timeline and scope. They will be the central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the projects and will be responsible for driving collaboration and communication among relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Deliverables
  • Develop documentation for processes and procedures for projects.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Communicate, monitor and track progress

Key Activities & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Travel to customer sites to perform plant audits which defines the project scope, customer expectations and requirements, and expected deadlines and delivery dates
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 3-5  years of project management experience
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus
  • Experience with machine control systems and/or machine electronics highly preferred.
