- Develop and drive a roadmap of growth experiments to drive users activation, adoption and long term usage of our product portfolio.
- Regularly communicate with product marketing teams and customers to identify key insights regarding users' needs and expectations.
- Synthesize findings into hypotheses to build a prioritized backlog of growth experiments that will help achieve targets.
- Run engagement-focused experiments at high velocity to validate key hypotheses.
- Measure, analyze and report on experiment performances with a goal to share your learnings with leaders (senior director and above) and other stakeholders.
- Help plan, organize, execute and optimize key marketing release campaigns across products.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:- High energy and passion for the job
- 3+ years of solid product management experience with a proven record of building exciting products from concept to delivery
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and redefining product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
- Hands-on experience with UX design and flow, crafting simple and intuitive user interfaces
- Professionalism, grace under pressure, dedication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Track record of running growth experiments using experimentation tools at scale with velocity and rigor
- Master engagement analytics framework and data to help refine the testing strategy overtime
- Ability to take on decision-making authority with an understanding of the consequences in terms of impact to our customers and our business
- Self-starter and ability to reach across organizations (Marketing E&R, Product, LCM, a.com, etc) to build a shared commitment to improve customer engagement experience and business metrics through growth initiatives
- Ability to drive technical conversations with engineering and/or data teams is a plus
$61.00 - $66.90/hour
