As an HRSD Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the HRSD Product Manager during run the business (RTB) activities, as well as project support. You will be able to get vast experience within various applications in ServiceNow, but primarily be working under the HRSD (Employee Workflows) scope and applications gathering, documenting, testing, and releasing core functionality for the business teams across our Employee Experience (EX) function at Adobe, such as Payroll, Equity, Benefits, HR, Global Mobility, etc.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:- Supports HRSD Product Manager leading design workshops and creating testing materials.
- Assists HRSD Tech Team with backlog management.
- Assists HRSD Product Manager with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defects.
- Document and refine RTB enhancements and defects submitted by the business.
- Writing/modifying stories in Jira.
- Conduct unit testing for enhancements and defects in advance of business testing in QA environment.
- Collaborating with HRSD developers where needed
- ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)
- HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)
- Experience in HRSD architecture (preferred)
- Experience in gathering a documenting business requirement for ServiceNow.
- Experience with creating test documentation.
- Experience in SLA models.
- Business stakeholder management and communications.
- Rationalizing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
- Experience using Jira.
$55 - $59.85/hour
