Description
Do you enjoy building relationships with and supporting key stakeholders? Are you ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, high-impact work environment? Are you driven to change the standard of care in women’s health?

As a Lactation Consultant Care Specialist (Part-Time), you’ll work directly with our lactation consultant (LC) partners to triage their requests and lead internal and LC facing communications to resolve quickly. This position is critical in ensuring our LC partners receive friendly, timely and accurate day to day support to manage their business as part of the TLN community. You’ll often be the first and, therefore, most important, interaction our LC partners will associate with our incredible brand.

We are a small, tight-knit, purpose-driven organization with aggressive growth goals in 2024 and beyond. We don’t have all the answers and we don’t expect you to, either. We do expect you to be curious,

Breakdown of the role
Please note: This is a part-time role that we foresee covering some weekend and evening (5:00pm+) hours.  This may be a good fit for an individual looking to supplement their income and add meaningful work to their week in the process.
  • Field, prioritize, and support partner issues (70%). LC partners contact our consultant relations team for all sorts of reasons. Often, our partners just need some advice or clarification to point them in the right direction.  In some cases, they need hands-on support. Your job will be to field these requests and resolve those you can yourself. For issues you cannot resolve yourself, you will triage and work with cross functional teams to inform and then ensure the LC partner reaches a resolution.
  • Collaborate, enhance, and maintain our processes (15%). You will proactively seek and take ownership of opportunities to evolve our processes. We are a collaborative team that thrives when the best ideas are brought forward.
  • Cross functional support (15%). You will work with the larger Lactation Consultant Relations team to support our needs in communicating with our LC partners. You may be called on to share experiences amongst LC partners to key stakeholders.
What we expect from you
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
  • Customer facing: 1+ year(s) working in a user or customer-facing role – implementation, onboarding, customer support. Experience with customer support ticketing systems is ideal.
  • Strong Communicator: Great written and verbal communication skills and be able to adjust quickly depending on the audience you’re addressing.
