The Position: 

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Clinical Director) will be a hands-on leader within the clinic. The clinical director will be the Wound Care provider, supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, as well as have daily responsibility and oversight of all clinical staff and operations within the facility. With assurance of continual full support from our Director of Clinical Services, Chief Medical Officer, and Executive Leadership team. The staff you will oversee includes Clinicians (LVN or MA), Front Desk Coordinator/ Patient Care Coordinator and Hyperbarics Technician. 

The individual in this role should exhibit friendliness and a sincere interest in understanding the business, agenda, and requirements of various stakeholders, including the company, its management, the team, and the customers. 

Responsibilities 

     Management 

• Drive intentional culture and R3 values across all partners  

• Oversee effective and productive clinic operations including staff schedules, performance, and safety 

• Achievement of annual business goals and financial plan 

• Support business development efforts including timely communication with referral sources, business partners, and community partners 

• Partner with Marketing Team and Sales Team for guidance and training support 

          Patient Care 

• Examine, diagnose, monitor and treat patients requiring wound care or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy 

• Maintain effective operation of the Hyperbaric Chamber and facility through the oversight and leadership of all clinic employees 

• Guide, train, and lead staff on day-to-day operations of the clinic 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

• Ensure knowledge of proper billing codes 

• Maintain up to date education and CME courses as required by law 

• Responsible for maintaining clinic supplies for treatments 

• Comply with rules and regulations of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society 

• Work with the Medical Director to ensure all medical issues are attended to 

Qualifications 

• Must have a valid PA / NP license in the state of Texas. 

• 3-5 years of experience or more as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. 

• Wound Care experience preferred. 

• Hyperbaric certification or experience preferred. 

• Must be able to meet patient’s needs, multitask and be a team player. 

• Must have a positive attitude. 

• Must have excellent bedside manner. 

• Must have strong leadership skills. 

• Must have a valid driver’s license. 

• Must have up-to-date BLS 

• Must be willing to get hyperbaric certification upon hire.  (Certification expense covered by the company) 

• Must have no limitations on license (if an NP must be able to see all ages)
