Position Summary:  
The LCSW/LCPC coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources and providers to achieve patient / family centered care. As a patient care partner, provides a full range of out-patient clinical services, including short-term psychotherapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and/or evaluation and referral to appropriate resources.

Required Skills

Master’s degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school; and, an active LCSW license in the State of Montana; or,
Master’s degree in counseling or related field; and, an active LCPC license with the State of Montana.
Minimum of six months post master's experience in clinical therapy.
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Competency in providing cognitive and behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals, couples, and groups with behavioral health and/or substance use issues in a primary care setting.
