Mission Critical Partners (MCP) has a career opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to establish a career with a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. As a Organization Change Manager with our Justice Management & Technology team, you will assist with the change management efforts of large system implementations across the United States. LOCATION:
Remote, Eastern United States – Expect 25-50% Travel

EXPECTATIONS:
  • Engage in change management and business analysis for multiple projects surrounding large technology projects. Assure quality of project deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate change management for multiple projects and programs replacing major technology solutions used by government organizations and non-profits.
  • Lead diverse project teams, manage, and coordinate work activity. Lead regularly scheduled huddles and meetings, including kick-off and close-out.
  • Oversee and coordinate the communication, resources, and training of work activity and deliverables.
  • Ensure program communications are supportive of programs and projects, provide clear information, and keep stakeholders abreast of program developments.
  • Orchestrate the integration of various solutions to include titling and registration, credentialing, customer experience, financials, commercial enforcement, and other support applications.
  • Facilitate meetings and lead focus groups in support analysis, design, and testing efforts.
  • Support business processes and analysis efforts as required to further program objectives.
  • Act as liaison for the client-agency with contracted solution providers focused on individual DTE elements.
  • Provide regular change management updates to agency officials and identify areas needing attention to keep tasks on schedule and under budget.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
  • Organizational Change Management Certification is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management, business analysis, and technology transformation.
  • 5+ years of facilitation experience with proven problem-solving capabilities and experience that includes budgetary responsibilities.
  • Ability to assess client situations. Identify needs, present concepts, develop specifications and recommendations, deliver solutions, and promote teamwork.
  • Extensive expertise in the use of change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive to the client sites.
