A top client is searching for a full-time Regional Inventory Manager to work on-site in Austin, TX.

As the Regional Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory levels across multiple locations within the Texas markets and you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management processes, minimizing stockouts, and maximizing inventory turns. This position requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will operate with autonomy and independence and must be able to make quick and confident decisions due to the fast-paced environment. As the Regional Inventory Manager, you will be expected to deliver high-quality, accurate results, while efficiently maintaining effective communication and enhancing existing organizational systems and standards.
 
As the Regional Inventory Manager you will:
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies and a strategic inventory plan to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability for our customers.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, production, and sales, to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
  • Develop and maintain a quality assurance program and material handling standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to inventory teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
  • Update and maintain accurate records within internal systems/software to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Pay Range
$100,000.00   Annually to $120,000.00   Annually
