Veransa Group is hiring an Inside Sales Representative as a full-time role in Sarasota, FL. 
 
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship building and effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, engage with prospects and close deals that align with our company's objectives. 
 
Veransa Group is an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) company based in the Tampa-bay region of Florida. Veransa specializes in transforming urban wood and yard waste into valuable organic commodities on an industrial scale. 

 
Key Responsibilities:  

• Identify potential customers through market research, networking and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. 
• Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing our products/services and addressing their needs. Effectively communicate with the value proposition and unique selling points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Skillfully negotiate terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

Job Qualifications:  

• ​​​​​​​1-3 Years of sales experience
• Inside Sales and B2B experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in using software and other sales tools
