Point C is hiring a Director of Client Services/Market Leader to join their team on a full-time basis in Omaha, NE. This position is a Hybrid opportunity.

TITLE: Director of Client Services, Market Leader – Great Plains


Working collaboratively with the Point C CEO and VP of Client Services, the Market Leader is directly responsible and accountable for regional customer retention and top line revenue growth. This includes leading all client management, sales in collaboration with Point C sales executives, leading strategic initiatives to enhance the delivery of the Point C model, serving as the key liaison between customer, TPA and Point C and driving performance for the overall block of business. The Market Leader will provide robust account consultation and supporting direction consistent with Point C and client strategic, operational, and financial goals. This role is also responsible for sales driven by the TPA in partnership with Point C. This role is expected to participate in broker events, capabilities, and finalist presentations to grow the block of business. Works closely with Operations and other internal stakeholders to drive consistent practices and procedures to deliver client solutions, problem solving and effective account management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the overall success of the TPA block of business.
  • Responsible for day-to-day support including establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships and interactions at multiple levels of the key partner organization and collaborating with designated Operations resources.
  • Developing and maintaining deep proficiency and expertise of existing and new product/service offerings.
  • Problem solving and timely issue resolution.
  • Delivery of regularly scheduled (monthly/quarterly) results, initiative updates, and action plans.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between customers, TPA and Point C.
  • Providing leadership, support, and consultation in the development, implementation, and successful execution of Point C products and services, contract expectations, revenue growth, and project plans.
  • Developing strategies that improve sales, retention, client satisfaction, expense management and profitable growth of the TPA book of business.
  • Responsible for sales results in partnership with Point C sales employees. Participates in sales strategies, broker meetings, capabilities presentations and attends finalist presentations as needed.
  • Responsible for all strategic initiatives associated with the TPA block of business. Often serves as the business cheerleader and is responsible for driving the desired outcomes of the initiatives.
  • Works closely with Point C resources to ensure initiatives are delivered that align with customer and TPA objectives.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

This position has limited direct reports.  Local Operational leadership reports to Point C functional operations leads.  Local Operational leadership takes direction from the TPA President on all customer centric matters and will prioritize accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of self-funded or insurance industry experience
  • 5+ years Client Management or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project Management: prioritizes process, establishes and meet deadlines, leads diverse group of individuals to meet time critical deadlines and complete tasks
  • Communication Skills: demonstrates effectiveness in both written and verbal communication skills, and effectively persuade, shares information in concise manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: relates well to all kinds of people, inside and outside of the organization; builds appropriate rapport; uses diplomacy and tact; can diffuse high tension situation comfortably
  • High degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail

  • PC literacy/Microsoft office
Point C is a partnership of third-party administrators (TPAs) focused on providing services to businesses that self-fund their medical benefits. Point C actively acquires independent and 'like-minded' TPAs within the continental US encouraging each partner to retain their unique local identities while creating value at the platform level through centralizing back-office functions, improving technology, and optimizing vendor relationships. The Point C Corporate team supports each partner while leading strategic investments in resources and systems, facilitating sharing of best practices, and implementing value creation initiatives across the entities.
