CJS Global is hiring a Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions as a full-time job in Boca Raton, FL. 
 
As the M&A Manager, you will be responsible for all add-on acquisition activities including prospecting, business due diligence, managing third-party diligence workstreams, and closing mechanics. This position reports to the CFO and will have the responsibility to report timely and accurate information to the board of directors, banks, and various stakeholders. As a key member of the company's management team, this position has strong growth potential as the company is looking to rapidly grow organically and through acquisition. 
 
CJS Global has been dedicated to ensuring the well-being and sanitation of over 750 restaurants for the past 8 years. CJS Global strives to provide superior routine cleaning services through our network of experienced independent commercial cleaners on a daily or nightly basis.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Work with highly acquisitive PE backed platform company

• Co-lead (with buyside support) acquisition sourcing activity, and discussions with/presentations to target executive teams

• Conduct research of target companies and perform initial evaluation of opportunities

• Lead day-to-day due diligence and deal process from start to finish in close coordination with the CFO

• Contribute to the evaluation and modeling of complex financial transactions supporting the acquisitions

Job Qualifications:  

• Experience working in M&A (investment banking, PE, etc.)

• Experience working with lower middle market businesses (founder owned/operated)

• Strong grasp of fundamental analysis of company financials, including modeling, and growth prospects

• Careful attention to detail, strong work ethic, team orientation, and high integrity

• Strong executive presence, communication, and project management skills
