Overview:
A skilled Project Manager to lead and support critical IT infrastructure initiatives, including data center migrations, application upgrades, and security enhancements. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the organization's transition to a product platform model using the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering end-to-end solutions, including project charter/initiation, resource planning, and budgeting, to ensure successful project execution.

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with business sponsors and Product Managers to understand project requirements and priorities effectively.

  • Providing guidance, support, and coaching on the new 'Ways of Working', acting as a Change Agent to facilitate organizational transformation.

  • Understanding how platform teams operate in an agile environment and leveraging this knowledge to optimize project delivery and collaboration.

  • Leveraging other key roles within agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and RTE to optimize project delivery and collaboration.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager. Ability to lead end-to-end solutions, including budgeting and resource planning.

  • Demonstrated expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) beyond a basic working knowledge. While SAFe certification is not mandatory, a solid understanding and practical application of SAFe principles is essential.

  • Experience with platform software such as MuleSoft, CyberArk, and Appian is highly desirable. Technical proficiency in these or similar technologies will be advantageous for effective project management and collaboration.

  • Capable of taking ownership of projects and tasks, working autonomously with minimal supervision. Proven track record of managing complex initiatives independently, demonstrating self-reliance and accountability.

  • Passion for enabling change and aptitude for gaining buy-in.

  • Consulting aptitude and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships.

  • Effective communication skills.
