Senior Product Manager - Loan Originations - Remote

​​​​​​The Senior Product Manager will work in personal loan originations with a focus on electronic document verification within the digital channel. This process will leverage the latest third-party data sources to automate verification but also enable/allow manual verification until automation is possible.  ​​​​​​The Sr. PM will partner closely with the UX team to design a document upload customer experience and with different engineering teams to deliver the automated verification leveraging OCR technology and integrations with new third-party data sources. This is a high-volume national lender with hundreds of thousands of applications a year.


Responsibilities
  • Define product goals and vision
  • Creating and own the product roadmap
  • Work with cross-functional teams from users, to UX design and development
  • Understanding agile methodologies
  • Create and own the product backlog
  • Research and understand market trends, competitor capabilities,  and user feedback data
  • Ensure that the development of a product aligns seamlessly with business objectives and market demands

The ideal candidate will have:

> 5 years building consumer products ideally in financial services -- or --
> 5 years of experience involving uploading documents and the automation around it

The position is contract-to-perm for excellent work.
