Reel Power is hiring a Service Technician in Oklahoma City, OK.

Service Technician- (Electrical, PLC/HMI, Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Mechanical) Tech Levels- 3 or more years’ experience in maintenance, fabrication, equipment manufacturing and equipment repair.
- Basic Electrical motor controls experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot (Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical) issues.
- Excellent mechanical skills required.
- Estimated 60-75% travel time per year.
- Must provide own tools for infield work.
- Must have drivers License and have or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
Service Technician Job Purpose: Serves customers by troubleshooting issues, providing solutions and parts and installing, servicing systems in the field, and providing products and support.

Service Technician Job Duties:- Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed; such as taking service calls, look up parts, and entering parts and service sales orders, and refurbish equipment as needed and requested.
