Point C Health is hiring a Stop Loss Quoting Specialist to join their team! 
 

Point C is in search of a Stop Loss Quoting Specialist to bolster our team's efforts in providing exceptional service to our clients. This role will primarily focus on collaborating with stop loss carriers and Point C team members to deliver accurate and timely quotes to groups as part of the new business and renewal proposal process. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of organizational prowess, attention to detail, and past self-funding/stop loss quoting experience.


  
Point C Health is a third-party administration platform for medical and dental benefits for self-insured employers.  Point C’s mission is to support TPA partners through business process innovations and product solutions that drive value for employers and enhance the member experience. The administrative services we provide include claims processing, network management, and utilization review.

 
Job Requirements:  
 

• Partner closely with the sales team to gather all necessary information for stop loss proposal development.
• Leverage stop loss quoting experience to prepare and customize quotes and proposal collateral to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all stop loss quotes by meticulously reviewing all relevant materials and data.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and stop loss carriers to obtain the required information for proposal creation.
• Respond promptly to sales team inquiries and promptly address any requests for proposal revisions or updates.
• Help maintain a comprehensive repository of sales materials, especially those related to stop loss proposal generation.
• Adhere to defined processes and workflows to optimize proposal development and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, particularly in managing stop loss quoting documentation.
• Help with general administrative tasks associated with stop loss quoting and proposal generation

Job Qualifications:
 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
• Prior experience in stop loss, sales support, proposal development, or similar roles within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with stop loss insurance and a solid understanding of stop loss quoting processes are preferred.
• Adaptability to evolving priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• A positive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
