UI/UX designer

Description: 100% Remote.

In this role you will conceive user-centered solutions for the client's branch and call center team members and/or for their end customers. In doing so you will deliver compelling visual and interaction designs, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and drive multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive UX solutions using prototypes and/or wire frames for moderately complex projects.
• Collaborate with product development and testing teams to test and refine UX flows and validate work (this will be built out in Angular, but you do not need to be an expert in Angular).
• Conceive visual design solutions through composition, typography, and interaction models while keeping deliverables engaging and on-brand, advocating for user experience.
• Independently solve design problems while collaborating with focus groups, content owners, researchers, strategists, developers, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile scrum environment.
• Act as subject matter expert for user insights and UX best practices.

Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in delivering on the above responsibilities along with the tools used in doing so.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be equally effective in working with business executives and developers.
• Experience improving the customer or branch employee experience in a digital consumer lending environment is what will set you apart.
