Description
A non-profit organization in the New York City area seeks a Management Consultant on a temporary, hybrid basis in their Queens, NY office. The Management Consultant will be required to work one Wednesday per month onsite in Queens, NY.  The project is expected to last at least two years with an anticipated monthly commitment of 10-15 hours.  The hourly pay rate is $90-$100. 

Primary Duties: 

The  Management Consultant will assist with organizational change management, implement technologies, improve coaching and training procedures, and develop strategies.
  • Analyzing organizational procedures, writing reports on findings, guiding management through necessary changes, and implementing and managing alternative strategies. 
  • Fundraising, fiscal organization, information technology/security and other administrative functions. 
  • ​​​​​​Identifying and addressing problems. 
  • Collecting and interpreting relevant information and data.
  • Reporting to management.
  • Interviewing personnel from multiple departments.
  • Analyzing financial and employment records.
  • Recommending proactive actions to mitigate future losses.
  • Advising and guiding management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior change management experience
  • Prior non-profit experience a plus
  • Technology equipment for remote work, ex. laptop, cell phone, internet access, etc.
