• Responsible for the supervision of Caregivers
• Performs QA checks with clients to ensure that the client’s needs are appropriately being met.
• May act as the liaison between the client, Caregivers, and the organization.
• Resolves client complaints regarding worker performance or services rendered.
• Completes intake paperwork for new clients and ensures that their needs are within the scope of practice of our caregivers.
• Oversees the schedule of Caregivers.
• Ensures all paperwork is completed following active case visits.
• Participates in the on-call rotation as required.
• Back up for Caregivers when required.
• Performs cold calls as required to educate and recruit new clients.
• Works with other agencies and promotes good community relations through involvement in community events.
• Establishes and maintains on-going community relationships to ensure client base growth

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Requires ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds continuously to move objects.
• Requires ability to grasp, pull, push, carry or otherwise manipulate objects; ability to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles and foot and/or hand-eye coordination.
• Requires ability to speak clearly and make self-understood effectively in face-to-face interactions; articulate with accuracy to communicate using phone.
• Requires ability to hear and receive verbal instructions correctly, answer phones, communicate professionally with people in situations with some background noise.
