As a Compact Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the compact equipment market. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our compact equipment.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, helping them select the right equipment for their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the compact equipment or related industry.
- Strong understanding of compact equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
