- Help us design and deploy technical solutions and enhancements for use cases identified with our stakeholders
- Evaluate technical capabilities and enhancement opportunities in our HCM systems and present those to internal stakeholders across the business
- Partner closely with our stakeholders to build compelling stories for their use cases that will help us gain buy-in for the proposed solutions
- Champion continuous process improvement and cultivate positive relationships with key partners
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years' experience of working on evaluating and deploying HR systems e.g., as a Business Analyst or Business Operations Analyst
- Good attention to detail, process orientation and high work standards in support of accurate and optimized support delivery.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to clearly comprehend incoming requests and translate them for our technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to build compelling stories for our use cases that help bring along our stakeholders
- Experience with deployment and usage of Microsoft Viva Insights is preferred
- Experience with Human Capital (HCM) systems is preferred
Pay Range:
$45.00 - $49.29/hour
