Michelli Weighing & Measurement is hiring a Recruiting and Onboarding Manager for their Human Resources team as a full-time job in Harahan, LA. 
 
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Recruiting and Onboarding Manager will oversee and streamline the onboarding and training processes for new hires and acquisitions resulting from M&A. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our new team members and acquired talent integrate smoothly into our organization and contribute effectively to growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with HR and department heads to attract top talent

• Design and enhance comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to different roles and levels within the organization

• Identify training needs based on job roles and organizational goals

• Lead onboarding and integration efforts for new hires and acquired talent, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and strategic objectives.

• Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding and training processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction

Job Qualifications:  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training roles, with a focus on managing onboarding processes

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a team and driving initiatives forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong understanding of HR principles, onboarding best practices, and training methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate

• Proficiency in HRIS, learning management systems, and other relevant software
