Sanitas is hiring a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist for our Broward - Plantation facility in Plantation, FL. This role involves performing technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative to produce documentation for interpretation.

Radiologic Technologist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient interviews to gather medical history and ensure safety.
• Perform patient identification and acquire clinical history, documenting all information accurately.
• Position patients and equipment, adjusting technical factors for high-quality images.
• Prepare and calibrate X-ray equipment, ensuring daily and weekly quality control.
• Conduct imaging studies, optimizing image quality for diagnostic value.
• Analyze images to identify abnormalities, ensuring proper annotation and patient identification.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures and image data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with radiologists to discuss findings and assist in treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in a related field from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient diagnostic imaging facility or hospital.
• BLS Certification and valid ARRT Registered Technologist license required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; CPR Certificate preferred.
