The Laboratory Manager is responsible to coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of staff engaged in providing clinical laboratory services within the assigned CAH laboratory. Accountable and responsible to ensure quality and quantity standards relating to the delivery of laboratory services are achieved while maintaining high levels of customer service. Responsible for the supervision of reporting staff to include interviewing, hiring, mentoring, coaching/counseling, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.

- Required Skills

4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in a science field specific to the scope of practice, and compliant with ASCP requirements
Certified by the ASCP Board of Registry or its equivalent
Three years of supervisory/management experience, preferred
Current or eligible Montana state licensure as a MLS, MT or CLS
